We are the point of liaison for our clients at each stage of the project. We develop and update a detailed schedule of works required and monitor what needs to be done, by whom, when and how it is to be paid for. We ensure that disruption to clients' homes and lives and demands on clients' time is kept to a minimum. We can help in the selection of the project delivery team.

We attend regular meetings with, and issue regular bulletins to both clients and contractor regarding progress, the next steps and timing of decisions required.

Contractors approach us with questions and problems - we can often solve these without involving our client. If an issue does need to be referred to you, we communicate this, with suggested solutions, clearly to you. We attend sites regularly to review site management issues and monitor overall progress.

We ensure communication runs smoothly between each party involved in the project and assist in identifying and addressing potential difficulties at an early stage (so reducing time and cost over-runs).

We can also advise about planning permission and listed building consent, building regulation requirements, the preparation of schedules of work and/or payment, appointment of contractors, design/decoration advice and information about sources of fittings, materials and furniture. We can advise on energy-saving and/or “green home” issues independently or as part of overall renovation works.
