We established Absolute Project Management having identified a demand from homeowners for an experienced intermediary in renovation projects who understood both the construction/renovation process and the needs of/pressures on individuals and families in planning and living through the works.

Absolute Project Management quickly built up a breadth of experience - predominantly working on the renovation/refurbishment of period houses and flats in central and North London.

Projects have included whole house renovations, extensions, transformation of basements/under-pavement vaults into living spaces, bathrooms, kitchens, internal and external refurbishment and redecoration, extensive woodworking and joinery repairs, remedial/structural works/roofs and garden design/rejuvenation.

We frequently undertake interior design/ styling projects and have a portfolio of quality suppliers – shop or web-based - from whom we source items.

We have a wide network of contractors, engineers, architects, designers and other service providers who we work with regularly.

Cat’s professional background includes vast project/transaction management experience from ten years as a solicitor running finance deals in the City. This has given her an eye for detail alongside the ability to manage diverse teams.
