Full renovation of a 4 bedroom end of terrace house with a new annexe

This house has been significantly renovated to make a long-term family home for our clients. The work included upgrades to insulation and windows, installation of an Air Source Heat Pump, and construction of a new Annexe building, as well as new finishes and furniture throughout.
The ground floor has been carefully designed as a warm, welcoming living space, now consisting of an open kitchen/dining area and a living room converted from a garage. The kitchen is defined by deep forest green cabinetry complemented by walnut detailing, while different shades of green continue the cosy and refreshing atmosphere into the living room. Warm wood flooring, bespoke joinery with cushioned seating, layered lighting, and thoughtful furniture add character and functionality to the overall space. Statement artworks in the kitchen/dining space and the remarkable Yayoi Kusama artwork in the living space complete and tie the whole space together.
The kitchen opens onto a beautifully designed modern garden with a careful selection of plants, tiles, lighting, and electrics, leading to a new annexe with a gym, study, and kitchenette, offering a private space detached from the main house.
The first floor includes a utility room and a main bedroom with a dressing room and ensuite transformed from a former kitchen. A dividing wall separates the bedroom and dressing area, allowing lots of private storage while keeping the bedroom elegant and uncluttered. Refined colours throughout the floor, choice of window coverings, bespoke joinery, and thoughtful lighting complete the room, forming a calm and contemporary finish.
The second floor features a second living room and a nursery, thoughtfully designed with bespoke joinery and furnishings, maximising practicality in the space.
The top floor is made up of a compact study room, a guest bedroom with generous built-in joinery, and a bright, modern bathroom finished in white, cream, and green tiles with recessed lighting.
Throughout the property, we carefully selected carpets, window coverings, lighting, ironmongery and furnishings to build a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our clients have a lovely artwork collection that we incorporated into the designs, complemented with additional artwork, furniture and accessories to add character and a vibrant, spirited feel to the property.
